Welcome to SuiteConnect ("SuiteConnect," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the SuiteConnect platform (including our website and/or mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SuiteConnect.

SuiteConnect is an online marketplace platform that connects salon suite owners with independent beauty professionals and allows users to list and purchase salon-related equipment.

SuiteConnect:

• Does not own, lease, or manage salon suites
• Is not a real estate broker
• Is not a party to rental agreements between users
• Does not guarantee rentals, occupancy, or sales

All agreements between users are made independently of SuiteConnect.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under their account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Suite owners may subscribe to list their locations. Current pricing:

• $29 per month per location
• Includes up to 6 active listings
• Additional listings may incur additional fees

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. SuiteConnect does not guarantee inquiries, rentals, or occupancy.

Users may list and purchase salon equipment through the platform. SuiteConnect may charge a commission on completed sales.

SuiteConnect:

• Does not inspect items
• Does not guarantee product condition
• Is not responsible for shipping, delivery, or disputes

Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions.

Users may not:

• Post false or misleading listings
• List stolen or illegal items
• Harass or threaten other users
• Circumvent platform fees
• Upload content they do not have rights to

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts.

All platform content, branding, logos, and software are the property of SuiteConnect.

Users grant SuiteConnect a limited license to display their listing content for promotional and operational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuiteConnect shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Disputes between users
• Rental losses or equipment damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous three (3) months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold SuiteConnect harmless from any claims arising from:

• Their listings
• Their rental agreements
• Their equipment sales
• Their misuse of the platform

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

For Subscribers:

• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Users may cancel anytime before the next billing date
• If you experience a technical failure that prevents listing visibility for 7+ consecutive days, you may be eligible for a credit or refund

For Marketplace Sales:

• Commission is non-refundable once transaction is completed
• Disputes are between buyer and seller.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
